Purpose GURU CONNECT provides an online platform intended to facilitate profile listing and interaction between Tutors and Students. Listing does not guarantee admission, tuition, employment, students, enquiries, academic results or any particular outcome.

Information You must provide truthful, current and complete information. GURU CONNECT may request clarification, verification or supporting documents and may cancel, suspend or refuse a registration where information is incomplete, incorrect, misleading or unverifiable.

Access Features, visibility, coins, verification, helpline services, learning requests and other facilities may be controlled according to the plan purchased/assigned and the rules applicable to that plan. Payment does not automatically mean verification or approval.

Users' Information You must not misuse, copy, scrape, publish, sell, harass, impersonate, spam, threaten, exploit or otherwise misuse details of another user listed on GURU CONNECT. Any misuse is the responsibility of the defaulting user. GURU CONNECT is not responsible for the consequences of such misuse.

& Confidentiality User information displayed or made available through the platform may be limited by account status, connection status and plan controls. You must use any information only for legitimate platform-related purposes and comply with applicable law.

Conduct Fraud, false identity, abusive language, harassment, unsolicited commercial contact, phishing, scams, unlawful content, unauthorised data collection, circumvention of platform controls or interference with the website/security systems is prohibited.

/ Admin Directions GURU CONNECT reserves the full right to disable, hide, suspend or remove any profile, with or without prior notice, if the user is found not following instructions of GURU CONNECT staff, administrators or authorised officials, or where action is reasonably required for safety, security, compliance or platform integrity.

/ Hide A Disabled profile may remain visible but the account's interactive/platform activities can be blocked. A Hidden profile is removed from the public website/directory and is also disabled. Hidden status remains until revoked by authorised GURU CONNECT staff/admin.

Payments, listing periods, verification charges, helpline plans, coin usage and refunds are governed by the applicable plan and GURU CONNECT payment rules displayed at the time of purchase. A payment receipt/UTR is not by itself proof of approval.

Responsibility You are responsible for your account credentials, activity, communications, content, documents and conduct. Do not share passwords or access another person's account. Notify GURU CONNECT if you suspect unauthorised access.

Availability GURU CONNECT may experience maintenance, outages, network issues or third-party service failures. Reasonable efforts may be made to restore service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Compliance You agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India and any other law applicable to your conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

& Documents You grant GURU CONNECT permission to process information and uploaded material for registration, verification, profile listing, support and platform administration, subject to applicable law and the controls of the platform.

Guarantee of User Conduct GURU CONNECT facilitates platform interactions but cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, capability, availability or intentions of every user. Exercise appropriate caution before sharing sensitive information or entering private arrangements.

to Rules GURU CONNECT may update platform rules, security controls, plan conditions and operational procedures. Updated terms may apply to future activity and, where appropriate, to continued use of the platform.

By selecting the acceptance checkbox and proceeding to the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and to the applicable GURU CONNECT plan rules.

Physical Form & Signature Requirement For Tutors, it is mandatory to keep a physical / hard copy of the completed registration form containing the submitted details and the agreed GURU CONNECT terms & conditions, duly signed by the Tutor. The signed hard copy must be couriered to GURU CONNECT or submitted to a GURU CONNECT Executive when instructed. Further details and submission instructions will be communicated to you through your registered Email Address and/or Phone Number. Please follow the instructions communicated by GURU CONNECT.
